    • Here are some quick steps that may help you troubleshoot the connection issues:
    • 1. Check if your Internet Connection is working (Wi-Fi or Mobile Network).
    • 2. Go back to the home page and try a different VPN Server.
    • 3. Reboot your phone and retry the connection.

  • Q: Why is my connection slow?

    • When you have Fast VPN on, all your internet traffic is being routed to our server through an encrypted tunnel and also send back to you through our server, it will lose a small amount of internet speed. If there's a noticeable slowdown, please
    • check if your internet connection is working and try another server.
  • Q: Is Fast VPN free to use, do I need to register an account?

    • Fast VPN is totally free to use, but we recommend you to register an account to enjoy faster service from us. Just tap the top left corner to open the menu and click the button to sign up.
  • Q: Why am I still not a pro member as it should be?

    • If you are using Fast VPN on the mobile device, please click the "restore purchase" button, as there are always delays while data transferring.
    • If you buy a VIP plan on our website, please refresh my account page and if the problem still exists, send us a copy of the receipt or order ID page via suppor@fastvpn.im, we will investigate this right away.
